These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of photographic artworks made by the artist through the website francisteynier.com or by direct exchange.
The artworks offered are original photographic prints, produced in limited editions, numbered and delivered with a certificate of authenticity. Each artwork is produced to order according to the format and finish chosen by the buyer.
Orders are placed via the “I have a question” form or by direct exchange with the artist. An order is considered accepted only after:
Prices are not displayed on the website and are provided upon quotation, depending on the format, medium, finish, transport and destination. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
Payment is made by bank transfer or by any other method indicated on the quotation. Production of the artwork begins after full payment has been received.
Production times vary depending on the format, medium and the workshop’s workload. An indicative timeframe is provided with the quotation. These times are not a firm commitment.
Transport costs are calculated in the quotation. Shipping is carried out by a professional carrier. The buyer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any anomaly within 48 hours.
In accordance with Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to artworks produced to order or personalised. All artworks offered fall within this category.
The purchase of an artwork does not grant any reproduction or exploitation rights. All rights remain the exclusive property of the artist. Any use requires written authorisation.
The data collected (name, email, address) is used solely for processing requests and orders. It is never shared with third parties.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that,
the competent courts are those of the artist’s place of residence.
